Novak Djokovic defeated the defending champion Rafael Nadal in the final, 6–4, 6–1, 1–6, 6–3, to win the Gentlemen's Singles tennis title at the 2011 Wimbledon Championships.

It was his first Wimbledon and third Grand Slam title, having previously won the 2008 and 2011 Australian Open.
