Lolo Marciano had passed away on January 27, 1992.  Tito Nelson's family had already arrived from Melbourne, Australia.  Tito Sonny's family and Lolo Ming (Emiliano) had already arrived from Marikina, Philippines.  Of course, my titas (Dad's sisters) were here from Pasadena.  Vince must have taken the photo.
