Faux Window Boxes Need To Be Replaced, Stucco Repair

These Windows boxes seem to be taking in water and leaking the water into stucco.

I've taken quotes for stucco repair, but I'm now looking at a bigger project of replacing these window boxes in addition to the stucco repair.
