Date with the Doctor

Vallejo, CA. January 2, 2024. Started the year off by seeing my doctor this morning. Thanks to my loving sister for forcing me to see the good doctor by making my appointment. 😂🙏🏽

Bad news, good news. 

The bad news: I have to cut my coffee intake at noon. Coffee does not hurt me, per the good doctor. I just need to have my last cup at noon to alleviate my sleep problem.

Good news: Without having done labs yet, I should be good with increased sleep and exercise. Shoot for 30 minutes of exercise at least five times a week. The threshold of 150 minutes of exercise per week does wonders for the health.

Consider it done. 💪🏽
