Hemoglobin A1C Improvement!

9.4 to 7.9! I didn't know my A1C could improve that much from October to February -- only four months.

A big THANK YOU to my sister and my Dietitian in providing diet info. I also have been lifting weights (and some jumping jacks) the past month.

I've been following more diet/cooking accounts on Instagram, as well as fitness/exercise accounts. I'm pretty much trying to do what I consistently did from 14 to 24 years old (before I tore my ACL). So the big assistance is the new info on what to buy at Costco or the grocery. Of course, it's also portion control on my part.

Next stop -- Under 6.0 on the next labs.
